When living in New York City, most of the difficulty I ran into with meal and snack timing… revolved around the busy- hustle and bustle schedules of the client. “I didn’t have time” is the most common answer anyone will give on bad meal timing.
Why is this the Most common answer??…Because it takes away the responsibility of OUR actions- and now… It is the clock’s fault.
Unfortunately, this is more of an excuse than an answer. We are responsible for feeding ourselves- it’s that simple!
When we really look at it though, It’s quite easy to eat anywhere or anytime. The usual person feels they don’t have time to snack or eat because we are trained to think that way… If you look back at your day yesterday, how much food did you pass by and not take advantage of?
