What we eat

“Organic” OR As our grandparents called it…. “Food”. :)

When designing a BALANCED diet, it is very important to first recognize what we SHOULD and SHOULD NOT eat.

When people ask me what my diet consists of, I always have the same simple answer….
“Anything that can be picked or Killed”
Some call it ‘Paleo’ and it’s pretty much the same thing with a few small differences.
This avoids a lot of the preservatives and excess sugar that the human body was simply not designed to take in.
When we think about it…
If you can’t pick it or kill it…. You probably shouldn’t eat it.

“YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT”
It is only possible to be a healthy body- If you eat healthy food!!

Good news is… the less processed sugar you eat… The less your body craves it.
