As soon as I met Stephanie I knew I wanted to do a training session with her. I knew she was going to bring something new to the table instead of the same old squats and bicep curls. And boy was I right! Her methods are interesting, innovative and most importantly effective. We used my own body weight to build strength as oppose to actual equipment which I find to be safer and more effective. Let’s just say I was sore for about 4 days after and I consider myself to be pretty fit. Gotta love the pain from a great workout! She sticks with you the whole way through making sure your form is correct and pushes you on when you don’t think you can do one more rep. However, at the same time easily modified an exercise when I told her about my previously broken clavicle. Then she stretches you out good at the end. I recently moved away from where she is and am bummed that I won’t be able to train with her anymore. However, due to her blog I can keep up to date and follow along with any sets she puts together. I recommend Steph if anyone wants to try something different, fun and worth ever penny. —– Jen Reilley, Aug 2012

Stephine is it. I spent one month with her and am about to do another.At 50 years old, I have gained tons of weight and am very insecure about exercise, but with Stephanie I feel my old self coming back.She is experienced and knows how to modify moves, while still pushing you to the limit. She is the perfect trainer for every age.I think what is also great is that she is nice and fun and real. I look forward to seeing her in the morning and yes that is at 6 am!
You are too much fun!!… and your dedication is amazing. Having the consistency and the patience you have – guarantees the results you are working for! You definitely are a nice way to start the morning Keep it up!
Being new to the work out world, and only having done Yoga for numerous months before I met Steph, it was definitely a challenge. Her work outs are intense yet very achievable for the inexperienced. My first class with her we jumped right into it, literally! Box jumps were on the routine as well as numerous TRX and RIP training exercises. I had no idea how to use these “torture” devices (as I say), but she readily came to my assistance, helping me perfect my form and giving me helpful hints along the way. Even though I was ready to die after 1 hour with Steph, I came back 2 days later…and that was many weeks ago! To date I am stronger and leaner and look forward to my training sessions with Steph. Thank you-Lindsey. I am still convince you have been an “in the closet gym-aholic’ your whole life… You jumped right in and have been picking up speed ever since! So very proud, and really enjoy having you and Trevor in the class every morning!! It is great to see people push themselves as hard as possible!
Stephanie did an awesome job training me for my wedding – she whipped my bootie into shape and helped me develop beautiful toned arms! She is really fun to train with (esp at 6:00 am) and I could not have done it without her!
